Our expertise in hospitality and real estate includes large-scale mixed-use developments, residential communities and entertainment venues from Maimi to San Francisco.The Sales & Marketing Executive will identify top talent to join our team, manage, develop, and motivate the entire team responsible for ensuring successful revenue generation related to underwriting/finance, development, and construction for the sale of single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and condo-hotel units.Manage and lead all sales & marketing team, including interviewing, hiring, and training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching Team Members; addressing concerns and implementing a resolution.Shop market competitors and perform market studies to assess pricing, marketing, and target market.Recruit and hire future top talent Sales Representatives.Advise and collaborate with development, construction and rental property management (to the extent applicable for condo-hotel/short-term-rental projects) teams.Work closely with global hospitality brands and companies.Oversee grand openings and new phases.Complete competitive analysis on product, features, and neighborhoods/amenities.Meet and exceed set sales goals.Perform realtor/broker outreach (realtor breakfasts, lunches, office presentations).Oversee marketing and advertising.Work with Sales Representatives on all marketing promotions.Strong understanding of sales, marketing, capital budgeting, construction, customer service and design.Excellent analytical, creative thinking, leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, project management and time management skillsManage multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner with strong attention to detail with limited supervision.Read and interpret financial reports, market comps, engineering reports, construction documents and specifications, contracts, owners' association documents, and other related work documents.10+ years industry experience including extensive experience in senior sales and marketing leadership rolesBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related fieldMBA or advanced degree or equivalent work experienceNational homebuilder experience is a plusKnowledge of Social MediaAbility to maintain flexibility, composure, and creativity in a fast-paced business growth environmentProven success with hiring, coaching, goal setting, and Team Member retentionAbility to professionally represent the Falcone Group and related portfolio internally and externallyDeep understanding of the product and services markets, including consumer behavior, trends, and industry best practices.Falcone Group does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
