Overview

As the strategic marketing partner embedded with our Element business units, you will create an aligned roadmap of our customers' end-markets and goals. Providing end market research and insights to create strategic and tactical marketing strategies and plans to support Element's business growth, brand and customer experience objectives.Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:Develop and introduce a strategic growth plan template.

Undertake gap analysis and identify areas where we are uniquely positioned.Unlock "proof points" and "claims" with business.Develop and implement a process to acquire a deep understanding of customer needs.Build, map, and analyze our customer journey.Collaborate closely with sales leaders and other SMEs across the Group.Manage Element's VOC program.End Market Growth Strategy-

Where to Play, How to Win and What to Execute to unlock growthDevelop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with Element's business goals and priorities.Create and leverage competitive market intel to create strategic growth.Identify and highlight market trends and opportunities.Define the marketing intelligence process and invest in market intelligence tools.Build and monitor competitor profiles.Work across the group marketing team to share best practice, synergies, and opportunities.Execution:Provide critical input into the business unit's organic growth strategies based on gathering and developing insights from market data and customer researchStrategically plan and execute a detailed schedule of targeted content and campaigns for designated end marketUnderstand the unique value propositions for designated end market and translate them into compelling marketing materials and activities.Work closely with internal subject matter experts to capture technical details and customer needs and benefits.Ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging across all offerings and touchpoints (website, social media, digital and printed materials, campaigns, etc.).Skills / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field,At least 8 years of strategic marketing experience, at least three of which in a management role.Global experienceTIC Industry experience a plusKey behaviors:Strategic thinkingManaging vision and purposeCustomer focusCommunicationHave a data driven and measurement mindset
