Working Hours:

The hours for this position are predominately Monday - Friday from 8-5. Occasionally it will be required to work evenings or weekends under special circumstances for special events or when we are under a tight deadline.

Responsibilities

• Executive assistant functions to our head of Marketing including owner reporting, PowerPoint updates, and owner follow-ups

• Assistance in making sure marketing invoices are properly billed back to ownership groups

• Updating various details on marketing programs

• Ensuring dates/deadlines and to-do items are done weekly and follow-up with key parties for updates

• Working with our Marketing Strategist on building and refining high-performing digital campaigns and working on search engine optimization. No experience is necessary. Clear direction is provided but the ability to listen, take notes, ask great questions, and then follow through is required.

• Assisting our Creative Director with the execution of organic and paid social media initiatives.

• Performing careful and thoughtful pricing analysis - direction and training is provided. Use of MS Excel and the ability to analyze and think analytically is required!

• Desire to organize, complete, and maintain priorities and lists and ensure that deadlines are met and that no detail falls through the cracks.

• Administrative tasks as assigned including errands/delivering printed materials and other tasks

• Potentially answering phones/emails

• Occassionally it might be required to work-on site at one of our properties to assist the site staff when we have vacations or people out of the office

• Assist with event planning, clean-up and organization

Salary Description

52000 + Annual Bonus
