What You'll Get To Do:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the team lead of the Center of Excellence (encompassing digital and creative teams) will be responsible for leading the digital marketing efforts and creative excellence across 3 business divisions. This includes developing strategic digital marketing plans, managing, and optimizing campaigns across various digital platforms, analyzing data to inform decisions, and ensuring content and creative are engaging, best in class and SEO-friendly. This role will lead a multidisciplinary team and leads and drives the results of the team by directing the strategy, development, execution, and maintenance of all B2B and B2C digital and social marketing activities across Panasonic Eco Systems North America (PESNA). This leader will play a pivotal role as a strategic change agent to elevate the digital marketing capability and creative excellence with exceptional communication and collaboration skills to align with other stakeholders on priorities for achieving business goals.

Digital Marketing Strategy and Implementation:
  • Defines, develops, communicates, leads and executes comprehensive B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies and tactics, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, website, online advertising, email marketing (DM, newsletters), and social media (organic, paid) to support PESNA's business objectives.
  • Builds and manages project plans for digital marketing activities, including objectives, goals, strategies, tactics, KPIs and effectiveness measurements.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of marketing initiatives and enablement.
  • Continuously track, measure and analyze digital marketing capability performance, leveraging industry trends, best practices and insights as a key input to both continuous improvement and the future strategy and roadmap.

Team Management and Education and Capability Growth:
  • Leads multidisciplinary team members representing a broad set of marketing skills including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, website, online advertisement, email marketing and social media), demand generation, lead generation and process management, CRM, Analytics, content strategy and production and design.
  • Identifies, designs and implements scalable processes and systems to optimize marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sets strategic direction for and leads, manages, educates, coaches and mentors a cohesive, collaborative, high performing team of marketing professionals.
  • Develops the team's capability based on the latest trends and best practices across key platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant digital channels.
  • Develops and implements training programs to enhance the team's skills and capabilities in digital marketing and creative best practices, ensuring proficiency in platform specific tools and techniques.

Leadership and Collaboration
  • Works closely with leadership to define and develop digital marketing solutions, understanding PESNA's business and competitive market landscape and providing guidance and influence to various business units to ensure overall digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with business and marketing leaders to ensure digital and social marketing activities meet business requirements and needs.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement
  • Develops and implements testing strategies to improve KPIs including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, and retargeting strategies to maximize performance.
  • Evaluates digital marketing analytics and reporting to identify effectiveness and gaps in initiatives. Develops KPIs, monitors performance, and adjusts strategies and tactics to ensure goals are met.
  • Makes actionable recommendations for improving performance and meeting PESNA marketing strategic goals.
  • Maintains an up to date understanding of marketing trends and new digital capability launches, competitor activities, and social engagement to continually improve the competitive digital position and identify new digital opportunities.

Website and Content Management
  • Leads the design, development, execution, tracking and maintenance of all business units' websites, including frontend and backend website management; redefines, redesigns, launches, and ensuring that content and features meet functional and emotional needs for category leadership.

Creative and Content Management
  • Manages the creation and execution of content and creative, ensuring it aligns with marketing strategies and resonates with target audiences.
  • Oversees the development and management of creative and content for all marketing deliverables, ensuring high quality, engaging materials that effectively communicate the PESNA's brand and message with humancentric views.
  • Leads producing compelling creative assets, including graphics, videos, and copy for marketing materials, including but not limited to digital and social media campaigns, offline events e.g. tradeshows, kickoffs, sales enablement materials, marketing collaterals, POPs and product package.

Vendor Management
  • Oversees relationships with vendors, including but not limited to inhouse agencies, digital agencies, media planning agencies, creative agency, photo/video production companies and social media management, ensuring deliverables from the vendors meet with the expectation and align with PESNA's marketing strategies.
  • Collaborates with other Panasonic marketing, IT, legal teams to make sure all the marketing activations are aligned with business requirements and compatible with existing infrastructure and data security requirements.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

The salary range of $140k - $165k is just one component of Panasonic's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
