Now you're ready to return to your roots and make a product that transforms the opportunity landscape for millions of underserved and underrepresented youth in major metropolitans across the US.In this role, you'll often find yourself...● Designing and conducting user research initiatives● Spending time in the trenches with youth at community events● Drafting and refining our user journeys● Drafting wireframes and mockups● Crafting no-code prototypes and quickly testing them with target user groups● Guiding and aligning the team on the user experience● Leading part-time and remote designers as needed● Collaborating with key teammates (CEO, Head of Product, Lead Engineer, Customer Service Representatives)● Working with core tools (Figma, Webflow, Hubspot)About Us:Sootchy is a dynamic, focused, funded, goal-oriented and happy company singularly focused on our God-given mission of “ending long-term poverty”.
