Job Description
Seeking an individual who is proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Word. Applicant will be directly involved in electrical design and development of drawings associated with ship modification and overhauls. Applicant will be responsible for following applicable drawings procedures and standards. Applicant will also be responsible for locating, interpreting and applying government and vendor-furnished information and technical data into during development of functional electrical design drawings. Travel to numerous Naval Bases will be required to support pier side shipchecking and surveys.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience; AA or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 0 years experience.

Familiarity with US Navy Power, Lighting, Interior Communication, and Control Systems
Understanding in ship design and blueprint reading.
