In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing the strategy to develop strong pipeline targets by industry, product, region, and segment. You will work cross-functionally with Technology, Product, and Sales leaders to understand their customer priorities and create an always-on pipeline of customers to turn into compelling customer stories.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive customer marketing pipeline strategy that aligns with Salesforce’s business objectives.Identify and prioritize pipeline targets by industry, product, region, and segment to ensure a diverse and robust pool of potential customer stories.Work closely with Technology, Product, and Sales leaders to understand their customer priorities and goals.Collaborate with these teams to identify key customers and develop strategies to engage and nurture them for potential customer stories.Create and maintain an always-on pipeline of potential customer stories.Track and manage the progression of pipeline targets from identification to engagement to final story development.Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the customer marketing pipeline strategy.Prepare and present regular reports on pipeline development, engagement, and story outcomes to stakeholders.Required Skills:10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer marketing, content marketing, or demand generation.Preferred Skills:Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on marketing effectiveness.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM software.Accommodations:
