The Senior Analyst, Communication is responsible for managing the execution of multi-channel communications, including cost estimates, schedules, team meetings/agenda/recaps, template management, proofing and quality control, invoice validation, and coordinating with internal partners and external vendors on the execution of communications.This position will manage multiple projects of varied complexity simultaneously and provide feedback on improving operational processes and quality control procedures to the team and management. The position is structured to work within a team concept yet affords the autonomy to work independently on specific projects.Responsibilities:Project manage assigned programs from initiation through deployment, coordinating all aspects of communication execution.Manage the creative and data delivery to vendors, proof merged communications, provide estimates and schedules to internal and external teams, ensuring flawless execution of communications.Manage expenses and schedules on programs for on-time and on-budget deployment.Manage projects in workflow tool, report on the number of communications executed, and troubleshoot issues that vendors report with internal partners.Communicate with internal partners, customers, and vendors to facilitate the timely handling of mailings.Manage the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or work instructions for the programs they execute, including template management and requirements for program execution.Required Qualifications:3 plus years of experience in an operations capacity specifically in project management.Prior experience in operations, communications, print, and/or marketing.Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and understanding of benefits and Formularies.Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, and other business-related software.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a highly regulated industry and compliance environment.Experience with highly complex, inter-connected systems and business processes.Experience working in a matrix environment.Familiarity with Project Management Tools and Visio.Highly organized and detail-oriented in a process-driven environment.Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.Professional attitude and work habits.Education:Bachelor’s Degree or Associates degree or equivalent work experience.Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is $46,988.00 - $112,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
