ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently seeking a Group Creative Director to lead a client engagement in the film and television streaming landscape. Candidates should have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience, with 5 years or more in Entertainment marketing within a top-tier integrated agency. We prefer someone with a copy background forward, but we are open to both copy and art-based GCDs.

Our ideal candidate lives and breathes television and streaming culture and has a passion for creating breakthrough integrated campaigns that build brands & IP, activates natively across each media touchpoint, and electrifies audiences around the world. This role demands an entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starting mentality, and an insatiable desire to create beautiful work for one of our most beloved streaming clients.

Our preference is for candidates based in Los Angeles or New York, but there will be flexibility for the right candidate.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Partner with the Trailer Park Group Integrated team to ideate, create, and launch beautiful 360 projects & campaigns in partnership with other creative & production divisions within our organizationAssist our team leadership in the growth and maintenance of one of our most beloved streaming clientsLead integrated campaigns from briefing through launch, serving as creative owner, thought leader, and partner to creative colleagues as neededPartner with creative production teams from AV, Design, Social / Digital, and Experience to execute streaming-specific project workABOUT YOU

10-12 years experience - must include lengthy experience in an integrated entertainment marketing agency with a focus on streaming clientsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldAbility to conceptualize integrated campaign ideas that execute natively across channelsPartnered with design teams on a variety of 360 campaign projects - heavy emphasis on social media campaignsAn understanding of the entertainment landscapeExperience with Social & Digital campaigns or campaign extensionsA strong visual eye and an understanding of branding systems for the categoryStrong leadership and teamwork skills, the ability to work with creative leads and mentor other creatives, and the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly across various mediums.Ability to give and receive feedback to stakeholders from other creative production departments.Ability to be successful in working on multiple projects at once.

Please note that a job offer for this position will be determined based on many factors, including experience, unique skill set, other qualifications, location, job performance (current employees), and various business and budgetary considerations.
