Learn more about Salson atPosition SummaryWe are seeking a self-motivated marketing professional who is seeking a great opportunity and thrives in an action-oriented, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will work both independently and collaboratively with the CEO and sales team. This role will give the candidate the opportunity to establish all marketing activities and showcase their creativity. Additionally, the marketing professional should be a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills, strong writing abilities, proficiency in PowerPoint, and experience in digital marketing.Based in our Long Beach, CA office, the marketing professional will contribute to all phases of our marketing activities across North America.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:-

3-5 years of marketing experience at an agency or corporation-

Good sense of project management and how to bring creativity to the organization/ brand-

Experience being a self-starter and developing creative marketing campaigns with minor direction.-

Digital marketing expertise, including web site, email creation, social platforms, events and videos-

Experience of working successfully with a designer to create printed and digital marketing assets-

Organized team player with the ability to multi-task, work independently, problem-solve and deliver top quality work -- in a fast-paced environment-

Strong writing and presentation skills, including preparing written materials and interactive presentations-

Comfort interacting directly with c-level and senior executives-

Organized and adaptable communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset-

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and InDesign-
