If you are a dynamic and strategic communicator with a passion for making an impact, we invite you to join our team and help us tell our story to the world.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Messaging: Develop and refine our messaging strategy to align with our business goals and brand positioningContent Creation: Produce high-quality written content for use across marketing materialsMedia Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets and manage press inquiriesServe as a consultant on public facing communications for our leadership teamTeam Leadership: Grow a team to mentor and supervise communication specialists, fostering professional growthBrand Management: Monitor and maintain our public image, ensuring consistency and authenticityCollaboration: Work cross-functionally to coordinate communication initiatives and achieve objectives with corporate communications and internal communications teamsMeasurement and Analysis: Establish KPIs to evaluate communication effectiveness and inform future strategiesContinuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field; Master's degree preferred7+ years of related experienceSkills and Qualifications:Proven success in senior communications roles with strategic planning experienceExceptional writing, public speaking, and crisis management skillsStrong leadership ability with experience managing high-performing teamsProficiency in digital communication tools and platformsCommitment to continuous learning and professional development

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/YearBenefits

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
