Position Overview:The Digital Marketer will play a crucial role in our digital marketing team by focusing on analytics, reporting, client-delivery, and managing social media platforms. By democratizing access to this powerful combination, we'll help smaller brands stand toe-to-toe with industry titans, and help many more new brands in being created.Mad Men AI is a seed-stage AdTech x AI startup based in Burlingame, CA. Our co-founders, Aman Jain and Vinay Jain, have spent more than a decade building Ad products at Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. We raised $4.5m from top VCs and angels, including Wing, Patron, Samsung, Balaji, and many more.Key responsibilities:Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze data from various paid marketing campaigns, primarily on Meta Ads.Prepare weekly reports for each of our clients on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement.Client Delivery: Organize and deliver creative assets to our clients.Assist with tracking of deliverables for each of our clients.Social Media Management: Manage and monitor company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).Develop and schedule engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.Monitor social media trends, track competitor activity, and identify opportunities for growth.Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on analytics and social media management.Proficiency in using digital marketing tools Facebook Ads Manager, Notion, and platforms like Meta Ads.Strong analytical skills, especially with respect to paid social marketing campaigns, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content for various social media platforms.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
