About Us: THE FEDERAL APPEALS FIRM™ is a law firm specializing in Social Security Disability cases at the Federal Court level. We are dedicated to achieving excellence in Federal Court appeals.

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and upbeat Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for marketing.

Job Functions:

Prepare weekly e-newsletters.

Manage and monitor social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

Create and schedule social media posts using our video content.

Manage Dripify automated marketing for LinkedIn.

Upload new videos to YouTube with appropriate text.

Update our Referral source list and mailing list.

Develop and manage a text message marketing campaign.

Design infographics and other marketing materials (helpful but not required).

Edit videos (helpful but not required).

Communicate with third-party vendors (e.g., international graphic or video designers).

Prepare intake packets for potential clients.

Prepare informational posts for the bar association.

Follow up with potential clients via telephone to ensure receipt of completed intake packets.

Must have the ability to type.

Perform other tasks as requested by the firm.

Platforms Used:

GetResponse: For e-newsletters and managing our law firm email list.

Dripify: For managing automated LinkedIn marketing campaigns.

SlickText: For managing text messages with clients and text message marketing campaigns.

Social Media: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Gaggle Mail: Online listserv managed by the bar association.

Chat GPT: Used for assistance in creating posts for the bar association listserv.

Canva and Figma: For designing graphics. Your ability to use these programs are helpful, but not required.

Adobe Premiere Pro: For editing videos. Your ability to use this program is helpful, but not required.

Microsoft Word and Excel.

*We will not be training you in how to use programs, such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Premier Pro. We need to know if you already have the skills necessary to use these platforms.

Expected Schedule:

3 days a week.

8 hours per day / 24 hours per week.

Sample Work Product Production: As part of the hiring and screening process, a job candidate may be asked to produce work product samples using some of the programs above, such as Canva or Figma, or another program you may find equally useful. You will need to use your own programs to produce the sample work product.
