Job Summary:

The

Senior Marketing Coordinator

for the Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: HOFV, HOFVW), is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives for the Company and its subsidiaries including the Hall of Fame Village. This role will implement unique marketing strategies for business verticals impacting company objectives including destination resorts, media, and gaming.

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities, ensuring all activities are integrated and aligned with the company's vision, mission, and values. This position reports directly to the Director of Strategic Marketing.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

- Promotional copy development, promotional item design, promotional item procurement.

- Analyze marketing data to make informed marketing recommendations and decisions that drive revenue, exposure, and achieve the goals of the company.

- Formulate and manage marketing reports to reflect areas of opportunity, growth, and comparative data.

- Implement a short and long-term strategies to build customers, create engagement, and generate revenue.

- Provide guidance through the research marketing trends and identifying industry best practices.

- Management of customer database including developing and executing e-mail and or text campaigns.

- Creation and execution of marketing plans for live events, products, and initiatives.

- Support all areas of our growing business with the development of promotional collateral for special and private events, sports, leisure, and tourism related activities.

o Coordinate vendor procurement.

o Retail sale coordination and promotion.

o Assists with media buying.

o Coordinate media placement.

o Responsible for signage management.

o Create brand marketing plans and implement.

- Works cross departmentally executing marketing initiatives.

- Handles purchase order and bookkeeping activities for the marketing efforts, including but not limited to all budget related items.

- Develops and facilitates (including staffing) all organic and "street team" marketing efforts to promote the HOFV brand.

- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to evaluate marketing success across all lines of business.

- Provide superior guest service to visitors, guests, clients, vendors, and staff.

- Develop and cultivate relationships with local and regional media professionals including those in traditional and emerging channels.

o Commercial production assistance.

- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.

- Minimum 5-7 years of Marketing experience, preferably in the media, sport, or entertainment industries.

- Proficiency and experience in Google Analytics, Yahoo Web Analytics, Google Website Optimizer, and Facebook Business Manager required.

- Experience in analysis of qualitative and quantitative website data preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as basic design software required.

- Ability to demonstrate professional sales presentations required.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be a flexible and reliable team player, both within own department and entire organization.

- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of performance, working quickly without compromising quality.

- Must have the ability to demonstrate uncompromised judgment and discretion regarding confidential matters while maintaining confidentiality.

- Must have the ability to occasionally work outside of normal office hours (evenings, holidays, & weekends) to meet the needs of an entertainment company.

Physical Requirements for Position:

- The ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

- The ability to work in various Ohio weather conditions, inside and outside.

- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain, steps, or in construction zones.

- The ability to see and respond to hazardous situations.

- The ability to sit, stand, squat, and walk for periods of time as required for the position.

- Must be available to work in Canton, Ohio.
