We are looking for a seasoned and energetic Marketing Manager to join our passionate and driven team. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in demand generation and campaign management, along with experience in customer marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and HR SaaS is highly preferred. The successful applicant will be a strong communicator with an analytical mindset, showcasing excellent collaboration skills across sales and broader marketing functions.

This individual will be responsible for driving new logo sales and customer expansion through strategic global campaigns for Culture Amp's marquee community experience - Culture First Global. Our mission is to create stunning world-class programs and content that tell our company story, amplify our customers and help our community to create a better world of work. This is an opportunity for an experienced marketing manager to take the Culture First experiences' impact to new heights and support the conversion of leads through the marketing and sales funnel both pre-event and post-event. Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support new logo acquisition and existing customer expansion in our key markets via the Culture First global experiences including virtual events, executive events and more.Conceptualize, plan, and implement integrated campaigns across diverse tactics and channels fueled by data-driven insight. Strategize and partner with channel owners to execute email campaigns, engagement and nurturing, website/landing page optimization, paid media, webinars, organic social, sales enablement and more.Forecast and measure the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue; continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting tactics and strategy accordingly.Build a strong understanding of our target audience, their pain points and the user journey. Leverage these insights to craft campaigns resonating with our ICP.Developing local ABX strategies aligned to campaigns to target key accounts or account segments, and working closely with sales teams to personalize marketing efforts.Partner with the SDR team to align on lead qualification criteria and follow-up processes, supporting the acceleration of opportunities through the funnel with a strong focus on conversion rates.Define campaign milestones, objectives, and performance metrics, and communicate campaign performance to relevant stakeholders, from peers to executive leadership.Partner with Marketing operations to ensure accurate tracking and reporting at all times including dashboard optimization and analysis.Skills and Qualifications:

4-6 years experience in campaign and content marketing, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue targets.Strong understanding of ABX and demand generation strategies.Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.Proficiency with marketing tech tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, AsanaAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Comfortable working through ambiguity.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:

Passion for creating marketing campaigns and content that resonate with our buyers, and a deep understanding of the sales process.Expert in B2B tech marketing and is an analytical yet creative hands-on marketer with a passion for demand generation. A plus if you have experience in HR tech.Strong interpersonal skills, and a high degree of initiative with the ability to work in and across teams across multiple geographiesWe already have over 1,000 amazing Campers and we want to continue to attract exceptional people who are motivated by our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. The range is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission. US Salary Range

$120,000-$135,000 USD
