Description

Stax Payments is a leading, high-growth payments technology firm specializing in integrated payments, recurring billing, and payment processing. We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team for Stax. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, enthusiasm for marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team and be instrumental in implementing and executing various marketing activities to drive new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate webinars and live events, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up with attendees.Assist in the development of compelling marketing materials, including case studies, podcasts, videos, articles, and social media content.Conduct research to support marketing strategies, identify customer trends, and gather data to measure effectiveness.Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and social media efforts, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.Perform routine marketing coordinator activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.Assist with planning, executing, and tracking marketing program effectiveness and results, adjusting strategies as necessary.Work alongside sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals and ensure cohesive messaging.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience in the payments industry a plus2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hubspot and Salesforce experience a plus).A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.Creativity and ability to produce innovative and original ideas.Knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insight is an asset.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new initiatives.
