Role Summary In this role you will be responsible for marketing to 3rd party recordkeepers, insurance companies, and key advisory firms in partnership with national accounts, field sales, product, and marketing. To achieve this, you will develop and execute plans and campaigns that drive awareness and position T. Rowe Price as the trusted partner for retirement solutions and industry insights; build a reputation for our capabilities and expertise; and deepen relationships with key clients. We are looking for a strategic marketer, with experience in B2B marketing and account-based marketing, who can demonstrate success partnering with sales to drive business growth. This individual contributor role will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans that are tightly coordinated with national accounts, sales, and product. They will create significant components of the integrated marketing plan for the target segments and are accountable for ongoing measurement and analytics to ensure program effectiveness. They will manage, coordinate, and enhance the work of internal and external partners to ensure the messaging and marketing tactics are effective, while staying abreast of the market to help identify changes and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Evaluates segment client and prospect populations and competitive markets to develop and execute comprehensive business plans for assigned segments to drive target audience engagement and sales growth and retention.

Identifies new market opportunities within their overseen segments and promotes products and services by strategically leveraging a variety of promotional channels and delivery mechanisms, including email, digital, events, etc.

Oversees internal and external business partners in the execution of the segment-specific strategy, ensuring appropriateness, consistency, and timeliness of key messages and data for all audiences.

Partners with internal stakeholders to evaluate and consider audience overlap implications to drive holistic retirement positioning and optimal client journeys. Assess team and client dependencies, working through any conflicts.

Analyzes and integrates business data with key performance indicators to inform the future development of new promotional programs and propose new campaigns; provides recommendations on segment-wide promotional plans.

Serves as the primary point of contact for all deliverables, including repeatable and atypical, impacting client and prospect experiences. Ensures the ongoing maintenance and optimization of all ongoing marketing plan workstreams.

This role will be an integral leader to help define new marketing strategies to engage audiences and support the successful launch and adoption of new developmental initiatives.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND

8+ years of total relevant work experience

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
