Job Title: Marketing and Communications Associate Director, Lewiston Maine

What You'll Do:

Under the direction of and in partnership with the Community Engagement Officer, develop compelling and effective multichannel external and internal communications.

Develop, implement, measure and refine multi-faceted social media strategy and plan that promotes the organization’s mission.

Effectively manage the organizational blog leveraging written, visual and video communication to meet organizational goals.

Develop compelling organizational and service line-specific collateral and communication based on emerging needs and opportunities, strategic goals, audience and leveraging brand equity.

Implement and manage PPC campaigns through Google Ads, focusing on brand awareness, service line promotion, recruitment, and other campaigns as needed.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or public relations related field required.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience required.

Strong communication skills (oral & written.)

Healthcare experience preferred.

Proficient with a full spectrum of communication and marketing tools, concepts, practices, and procedures
