We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to support and expand our performance marketing program. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, a data-driven mindset, and a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels. This role will report to the Director of Growth and collaborate with an external growth marketing agency to manage and optimize our media campaigns.

Please note this position is required to be based in the Bay Area.Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid social and display channels (Meta, Pinterest, Criteo) in collaboration with a growth marketing agency.Work closely with the creative team and the external agency to deploy compelling ad creatives and copy.Analyze the performance of creative assets and provide data-driven recommendations to the creative team and the agency.Develop a creative testing and review process to build feedback loops between creative performance and development for better iteration.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and conversions through paid media.Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for growth and customer acquisition.Required Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a performance marketing or growth marketing role.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and marketing automation platforms.Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passionate about marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.Salary Range:
