Ready, Set, GrowThis role offers an exciting opportunity to drive marketing and customer service initiatives for an innovative, thriving and growing auto parts manufacturing organization. Our parts are used in professional race cars and are made in the USA.This role and requires learning and understanding our customers to effectively develop and execute our marketing strategies. You will have full freedom in developing and deploying product and marketing strategies.You will also lead a team of (3) direct reports in marketing, inside sales/service, and logistics.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to join an established company but thrives in a start-up mindset & environment.

Responsibilities:Leverage customer and install base analytics to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with commercial resources.Lead and Mentor (3) direct reports to unify and execute marketing strategies and impeccable customer experiences.Maintain updated records of competitive offerings, analyze strengths and weaknesses, and develop positioning strategies for B2B and B2C products.Monitor financial, technological, regulatory, and demographic trends to identify new market opportunities.Conduct market research and price point analysis to support new product introductions and market expansions.Oversee the Marketing Department to enhance the effectiveness of marketing collateral, communications, and digital strategiesDrive the creation of sales tools including playbooks, qualification guides, and ROI calculators to support the sales process.Utilize Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to align customer solutions with our strategic objectives.Coordinate product lifecycle tasks including launch campaigns, updates, and end-of-life strategies.Manage proactive customer touchpoints through multiple channels such as website, social media, and virtual meetings.Lead Commercial S&OP process and contribute to strategic planning phases.Establish and enforce global trade compliance standards.Manage Channel Network Agreements and maintain consistency in messaging and branding.

Education and Experience Requirements:BS/BA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years experience in strategic marketing in manufacturing, auto experience a plusExperience in marketing strategies for a manufacturing companySales background to understand the sales process and collaborate with sales teamStrong leadership, project management, and intercultural communication skills.Ability to travel domestically and internationally ( 10-15%).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.Utilize customer and install base analytics to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with commercial resources.Tracking and Analytics: Monitor financial, technological, regulatory, and demographic trends to identify new market opportunities.Conduct market research and price point analysis to support new product introductions and market expansions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and web tools.
