El Super is searching for an experienced Bilingual Advertising Manager for our Store Support Center located at 600 Citadel Drive Commerce, CA 90040.

SUMMARY: Bilingual Advertising Manager will lead our weekly circular print ad campaigns. Fluent in both English and Spanish, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing print advertising strategies to effectively promote our products and engage our diverse audience through weekly circulars. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in advertising, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in both English and Spanish-speaking communities.

ONSITE: This is an onsite position, candidates must be able to report to the Store Support Center located at 600 Citadel Drive Commerce, CA 90040.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive weekly circular print ads strategies to align with marketing objectives and sales goals. Manages the creation, development, and execution of internal and external signage as needed.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute print advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad concepts, messaging, and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive landscape to inform advertising strategies.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors and suppliers weekly to secure all print deliverables
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of print ad campaigns, leveraging data and analytics to optimize future strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, sales, and product management teams to ensure alignment and integration of print advertising with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and standards while maintaining high-quality standards for all print materials.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocation for weekly circular print ads, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness.
  • May manage other projects as needed.

EDUCATION or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university with emphasis in Marketing, Advertising, or Business; 3 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills. Ability to read and review documents and to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and interact effectively with all levels of employees and with outside vendors. Must feel comfortable presenting key information to small and large groups. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficient in the MS Office suite of programs.

COMPENSATION: The salary range is $80,000 to $90,000. The actual starting pay will be determined by a number of qualifications, including, experience and relevant skills.
