This position is primarily responsible for managing marketing deliverables and presentations across assigned division(s). If you work with us, you’ll be challenged and inspired, and you’ll be proud.As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will :Manage the pursuit process from early strategy through proposal and pursuit interview, while upholding the standards set forth in the Brasfield & Gorrie brand standardsPerform quality control reviews of all marketing deliverables in assigned division(s) to ensure accuracy of information, readability, and RFP guideline adherenceWrite and edit non-technical sections of brochures, proposals, and presentationsMaintain project and employee information and project photography using Salesforce and OpenAssetSuccessfully navigate, run reports, and manage information in Salesforce and Open AssetLead efforts with Regional Operations and Business Development on internal projects, presentations, award submittals, tradeshows, and special events for assigned division(s)Keep the Communications team informed on public relations events and/or milestones involving assigned division(s), provide them with background information, and assist with approval process with project teams and clients.Collaborate with department peers about best practices and lessons learned for pursuit effortsSeek out opportunities to be on a department working group and contribute time and ideasServe as an active member with local SMPS chapter, industry-related organization or non-profit organizationSuccessful Senior Marketing Coordinators at Brasfield & Gorrie:Champion Brasfield & Gorrie company cultureStay tapped into market sectors and teams to proactively identify solutions, share news, etc.Meet individual goals and maintain accountability in a team environmentExercise initiative and independent judgement in the solution of work problemsWork calmly and efficiently under pressure, and multitask to meet aggressive deadlinesMaintain discretion and confidentialityRespect others and create trusting relationshipsUnderstand the time sensitive nature of marketing events, proposals, and interviewsDisplay commitment to support overall efforts of the marketing group with the expectation that additional hours may be requiredEducation - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field5-7 years of prior marketing experience in the AEC industry or in a similar fieldProficiency in desktop publishing, presentation and other marketing related software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), Salesforce, Prezi, and OpenAssetStrong writing, proofreading, editing, and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of construction industryAvailability for occasional local and out-of-town travel (5%)
