We seek a

Marketing Communications Content Operations Specialist

to develop and execute email communications and maintain content and assets for our North American market across various websites and platforms. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, knowledge of email and CRM technology, email journey best practices, experience with content management systems, ability to analyze and report on performance metrics, and an organized, collaborative spirit.What You'll Be DoingManage email channels for the North American market from start to finish, including reporting and communications with senior team members.Be an email channel subject matter expert, communicating strategy and learning across all levels of the organization, advocating for new ideas that can drive growth, and collaborating on key initiatives in which email plays a crucial role.Coordinate with various internal departments to improve upon and maximize the ROI of all email journeys for the North American market.Execute a weekly e-newsletter, monthly e-newsletter, and one-off emails to various audiences, with basic content proofreading for accuracy.Collaborate with the Global CRM team to ensure email databases are accurate and current.Identify trends by analyzing audience engagement and present recommendations to senior team members. Continually monitor and refine content and processes to improve email performance.Monitor competitive email campaigns to identify industry trends, inspiration, areas of opportunity, and best practices, and implement campaign, process, and system improvements.Oversee content management systems, from asset management to news articles and promotional banners, including reporting and communication with senior team members.Monitor and execute daily content needs from internal teams, such as commercial marketing, sales, events, compliance, and customer service, to the Absorb LMS platform to ensure accurate file naming conventions and thumbnails are used, develop brief descriptions for assets, and tag assets with appropriate keywords.Collaborate with commercial marketing and content strategy teams to ensure content is organized thoughtfully, presented properly, and delivered on time.Identify opportunities to highlight content and promote assets within Absorb via news articles and banners.Collaborate with peers and senior team members to ensure we're staying ahead of trends, identifying areas of opportunity, leveraging best practices, and refining process and system improvements as needed.Participate in all commercial marketing and marketing communications projects as directed.Participate in project kick-off calls, planning calls, and brainstorms.Provide creative input to Commercial Marketing, Marketing Communications, Events, Sales, and Customer Service teams.Support teams at virtual and offsite events, as needed.Requirements5-7+ years of professional experience with email journey and execution, CRM tools, email marketing best practices, and content management systems.Email marketing technology experience, including basic HTML, building and managing email journeys, campaigns, one-off emails, databases, and performance reporting.Experience with content management technology, including daily maintenance and contributing to content strategy.Experience using Atlassian's Confluence tool, Shopify, and/or Absorb LMS.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.Exceptional verbal, interpersonal skills, and basic proofreading skills.Experience working independently and collaboratively with marketing, creative, sales, and events teams to execute exceptional communications.Self-motivated, with the ability to problem-solve, manage multiple projects, work quickly, and prioritize/meet multiple deadlinesExtremely organized, dependable, and proactive, with meticulous attention to detail, a consistent and proactive follow-up communication style, and superb project management skills.Ability to take constructive criticism and to seek out/act upon feedback.A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Bonus Qualifications:Background in e-commerce, direct sales, or consumer products environment.Health & wellness industry experience or consumer goods industry experience.Confident in reading and writing Spanish.
