We create beautifully crafted dress-up apparel that is made with elevated fabrics and storytelling details, allowing children to transform their imaginative play into real-life adventures.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Designer. The Associate Designer will be responsible for assisting with design related duties as it relates to developing collections, as well as assisting with styling for marketing campaigns. This position will also work closely with the production team to ensure all products are of the highest quality and meets our brand's standards.QualificationsKnowledge in Costume and Fashion Design.Knowledge in Styling for photo shoots and marketing campaigns.Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to interpret them into costume designs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with fashion designers, marketing and sales teams.Attention to detail, and experience in project management to deliver costumes on time and on budget.Degree in Fashion Design, Costume Design, or related fields.Experience working with entertainment and licensing companies is a plus.
