Endeavor has partnered with growing commercial real estate capital markets firm in hiring for a Marketing Manager role. This is a great opportunity to work with an innovative team that and get involved in all aspects of marketing communications for the firm.The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the implementation of marketing projects in support of all aspects of the company. The role will ensure brand integrity across multiple channels and execute marketing initiatives that maintain favorable brand reputation and increase brand awareness. Such programs include but are not limited to the following: corporate website, business strategy, internal and external collateral production, investor communications, social media/website, newsletters and investor marketing campaigns.What it takes to succeedBachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 3+ years of experience in MarketingIndustry experience in commercial real estate requiredStrong written, verbal, and visual communication skillsStrong planning and project management skillsAbility to work independently, while working collaboratively in a team environmentComfortable with a fast-paced environment, evolving responsibilities and wearing multiple hatsExperience across the Microsoft Office suite and with website design/publishing programsStrong networking skills in public forums and investor networking events
