GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONThe primary purpose of this role is to support the Marketing Team in the execution of marketing campaigns and programs ensuring flawless execution across all aspects at the day-to-day level. Marketing touchpoints may include, but are not limited to: website, content marketing, paid media, social media, website, SEM, SEO, email and marketing automation, events, customer presentations, collateral and asset development. The role is responsible for leading strategy, execution and measurement of trade show and industry events participation, while also managing the continuous improvement program for events.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTrade Show & EventsWork closely with Marketing, Sales and Culinary teams to develop marketing sponsored annual event plans, strategies, budget and performance metrics for approximately two- three events per year.Lead end-to-end event journey, including planning, executing, measuring success and hosting post-event debriefs for marketing sponsored events.Support Sales with requested marketing support for sales sponsored events.Coordinate events by identifying, assembling and organizing requirements, establishing contacts, sourcing and managing vendors, developing schedules, timelines and assignments.Responsible for marketing campaigns around key industry events including content/asset creation, pre-, at- and post-show communication development and execution.Responsible for managing LEAN Continuous Improvement program for trade show process.Marketing Collateral, Materials & AssetsLead annual collateral update brief development, creation of timelines and assignments, process of routing and reviewing materials for accuracy, stakeholder input/approval and compliance with brand guidelines.Support Brand Manager in copy and design development of sales & marketing materials, signage, trade show collateral, website, video, social, infographics and other assets to create highly impactful content that promotes SupHerb Farms, reflects its brand positioning and adheres to brand guidelines. Repurposing of content will be critical in this role, as will a consistent brand voice.Coordinates with marketing, technical, culinary, sales and other stakeholders to produce content.Strong writing skills in both short and long form.Responsible for the administration, uploading and maintaining of marketing materials and assets within an internal digital repository.HubSpot/Marketing AutomationAct as a HubSpot subject matter expert organization-wide, advocating for its use to solve business problems and surface new revenue opportunities from existing sales and marketing databases.Understanding of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities.Support Marketing Manager in execution of marketing campaigns utilizing HubSpot marketing automation, workflows, list building and reporting.Daily marketing generated lead screening to qualify/unqualify and hand-off to Sales.

Paid, Owned & Earned MediaSupport implementation of annual touchpoint plans inclusive of paid, owned and earned media tactics. May include the development briefs, timelines and assignments and facilitation of review/approval process with stakeholders.Assist in copywriting and design of campaign assets as assigned.Support manager with HubSpot email marketing campaigns along with oversight and optimization of email nurture programs to move prospects down-funnel.Play a partner role in helping activate social media activities including, but not limited to LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram/blog. Create shareable content to spread SupHerb Farms brand, support community management and assist with social reporting metrics.Assist in analyzing website and marketing metrics and making monthly recommendations after each campaign for improvement.

Additional ResponsibilitiesAssist Marketing Team in new product launches.Identifies areas for process improvement and works with stakeholders to promote efficient execution of improvements.Conduct competitor analysis.Responsible for special projects/other duties as required or assigned.This job description is not designed to cover and contain a comprehensive listing of activities and responsibilities. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCECollege degree, preferably in marketing or business, or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job. Current on emerging digital marketing and marketing techniques, platforms and methodology. Minimum 3-5 years actual work experience is required.
