Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create eye-catching graphics for website, social media, print, and other digital platforms. Ensure designs are on-brand and align with marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual content that supports and enhances our brand messaging and promotional efforts.
Brand Consistency: Maintain adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects, ensuring consistency and effective communication of our brand identity.
Creative Input: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh design perspectives and innovative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns.
Trend Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and competitor activities to ensure our designs are modern, unique and effective.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a sales centric organization and marketing or creative team environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience or interest in video creation and editing software is a plus.
Portfolio: Developed or evolving portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design styles and successful project executions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for design details, aesthetics, and visual harmony.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
