Job Description

-- Hybrid Position (WFH + Office Days / 2-3) --

The Graphic Designer is a member of the Americas Marketing Team. This is a key part of our marketing team responsible for building and executing successful go-to-market and product marketing and brand campaigns. This role will help to define how we support the organization by designing compelling customer-facing assets that help to acquire clients and grow market share.

The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion. This includes working to enhance and develop the company's use of digital and print design for our business units and channels including print, 3rd party, email, web, social, and digitally delivered brochures.

The Graphic Designer must have excellent verbal, written, and communication skills and be a collaborative team player with practical interpersonal and project management skills.

Primary Responsibilities

Art directs creative concepts.Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, preparing mockups, and presenting ideas.Design graphics and layouts including but not limited to advertisements, product promotion, internal and external publications, social graphics, and web UI updates.Extend company brand and visual communication platform (logos, typography, shapes, and color palettes) while create a unique and consistent brand.Work with marketing team and divisional leaders to develop marketing campaign visuals that elevate our marketing from the look and feel perspective.

Experience Education

Four-year design degree in graphic design – BFA, BA5-8 years

design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.Experience in a corporate marketing support environment is

a plus .Experience working with B2B

a plus .Experience with HTML, Web CMS, and motion graphics is

a plus.
