Project Description:We are looking to increase our design capacity to support the team.
Skills Overview:What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job?5-10 year of experience in user experience design and strategy. Need:• Ability to operate independently,• Break down business problems and bring partners along in solution delivery• Deliver clear design directions with full lens of user journey• Experience with Agile practices• Ability to deliver projects reflecting partnership with UX Research and UX Writing
What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?• Figma• JIRA• Confluence• Miro• After Effects• Interaction design• Experience: Specialty retail
Interview Process Overview:• Initial meet with manager• Panel interview (full panel) + case study presentation• Smaller panel for focused discussions• Final with managerAdditional Job Requirements: Candidate Location: Open to local and non-local.Work Schedule: Remote (hybrid if located near Minneapolis or Seattle).
