The Opportunity:

As

Marketing Manager, Loyalty, Beauty Insider , you will play a critical role in innovating and

managing the Beauty Insider program for Sephora @ Kohl's

and future partnerships to acquire and engage Beauty Insider members. This position will execute loyalty program strategies and drive implementation of key initiatives targeted at the Beauty Insider client. The role requires critical thinking, a high level of coordination with internal and external partners, strong project management capabilities, forecasting and analytical experience, as well as partnership with finance, sampling, inventory, production, email, site, brand marketing, store communication, and campaign & content teams. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Beauty Insider Partnership Strategy, and has broad exposure, visibility, and impact throughout the organization. Responsibilities include the following:

Manage Sephora @ Kohl's partnership for Beauty InsiderOversee all Sephora @ Kohl's BI program activities in collaboration with Kohl's and internal partners to drive and execute partnership mechanics to ensure a seamless member experience across both entities.Optimize client engagement with the Beauty Insider benefits at Sephora @ Kohl's by managing key programs and campaigns, both in-store and online.Manage S@K Beauty Insider program budget activities, including monthly respreads and expense tracking to ensure program activities adhere to forecast, are billed appropriately, and proactively suggest opportunities to improve return on investment, drive efficiencies, and deliver cost savings.Partner with Sephora Sampling and Kohl's Merchandise Planning teams to drive sampling strategies, tracking, and logistics.Recap and effectively articulate program contributions and campaign performance in weekly emails, monthly and quarterly hindsight decks, and in cross team share outs. Comfortably communicate performance vs. expectations and areas of opportunity to leadership.Identify creative activations, including contests and events, to drive Field Team advocacy.Partner with the Sephora Promo team on all Kohl's facing promotions to ensure detailed execution.Work with Kohl's legal and marketing to guarantee disclosures comply and meet the requirements of both entities.Serve as the main point of contact and a trusted resource for various S@K Beauty Insider inquiries for internal and external partners.Work with brands, internal stakeholders, and 3rd party partners to drive and implement rewards creation, maintenance, and identify new rewards opportunities.Influence and inform the creative development process and execution:

Partner with the Campaign & Content team to ensure creative is aligned with the larger Beauty Insider strategy and objectives.Assist with QA of marketing assets for perfect implementation.Seek approval of program disclosures from Sephora and Kohl's teams.Represent Beauty Insider program and strategic POV in meetings and cross-functional alignments to ensure a cohesive and consistent program. Cross-functional partners include (but are not limited to) sampling, social, mobile, site, email, production, IT, product, inventory, brand marketing, analytics, finance, and store communications teams.Coordinate with the greater Beauty Insider team on project planning, documentation, calendaring, and all-around coordination of team activities and program happenings.Demonstrate Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.We're excited if you have:

5-7 years in marketing/advertising, loyalty, strategy, beauty/retail experience.BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or another relevant field, preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic skills.Possesses the ability to think big picture, influence the strategy and planning of the program, while also actively participating in the detailed aspects of its execution.Strong project management skills - ability to organize, manage, and document multiple detail-oriented projects to meet deadlines.Excellent communicator who can clearly articulate business needs, program objectives, and measurement expectations.Collaborative with the ability to influence in a highly matrixed, fast-paced, and complex organization.High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Google docs, and experience using data analytics tools (Tableau, Adobe Analytics).Experience managing financial forecasts/budgets.Experience working with cross-functional partners, clients, and 3rd party teams to meet business needs.Comfortable navigating through ambiguity, adaptable to shifting circumstances, and proficient in identifying effective solutions even when the path forward lacks clear definition.Possesses an enthusiastic readiness to tackle projects with a positive and proactive mindset.A passion for beauty, loyalty, and marketing. #LI-SR1 #LI-HybridThe annual base salary range for this position is $93,840.00 - $124,830.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
