Prism Electric, a leading commercial electrical contractor, is seeking a talented Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to contribute to our continued success. We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual to support our marketing and sales teams. As a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator, you will play a vital role in crafting compelling proposals, managing marketing materials, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Responsibilities:Proposal Development: Assist in creating persuasive proposals that highlight our company's strengths and address client needs.Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing campaigns, from creating eye-catching materials to managing our online presence.Organization Overdrive: Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.Creative Collaborator: Work closely with our design team to produce visually appealing materials.Requirements:
A passion for marketing and a love for all things constructionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Basic graphic design skills (and willingness to learn)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality
