We are looking to hire a Senior Graphic Designerimmediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

The

Senior Graphic Designer, Motion Artist

will join our in-house Design Team to create engaging,

on brand creative that is used in various digital channels that aligns to brand and marketing objectives.

This role will work closely with Designers, Copywriters, Content Producers and Marketing Managers, as

well as assist in briefing other designers on the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.

Creative Direction and Conceptualization:

o Lead and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for animations, motion

graphics, and 3D designs.

o Develop concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments that align with project goals and

brand identity.

o Adapt existing designs to new sizes, formats and channels - static & motion.

Motion Graphics and Animation:

o Design and create visually stunning animations and motion graphics for various platforms

including web, mobile, and video.

o Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D) to animate characters,

objects, and environments.

Project Execution and Collaboration:

o Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high

standards of quality.

o Collaborate with designers, illustrators, developers, and marketers to ensure cohesive

integration of visual elements across various channels.

Continuous Learning and Innovation:

o Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques related to motion graphics,

animation, and 3D modeling.

o Experiment with new technologies and creative approaches to push the boundaries of

visual storytelling.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field.• Minimum 7 years proven experience in motion graphics, animation, preferably in a senior or lead

role.• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere

Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills in graphic design, motion graphics,

animation, and 3D.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts

effectively.• Attention to detail, creative flair, and a passion for visual storytelling.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• 3D Modeling & Rendering Experience:

o Create detailed and realistic 3D models based on project requirements and technical

specifications.

o Apply textures, lighting, and rendering techniques to produce high-quality 3D visuals.

o Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender.• Experience working with multiple brands with unique styles and tones of voice.• Experience in eCommerce, Omni-Channel, Digital Shelf and Shopper Marketing.• Experience managing projects and timelines in programs like Adobe Workfront.• Experience managing people.
