You will drive tentpole program development, go-to-market strategies, and integrated marketing campaigns leveraging Hello Sunshine's intellectual properties and direct-to-consumer businesses.Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative marketing programs and campaignsLead a team of integrated marketersCreate and pitch integrated marketing partnerships, digital campaigns, and custom solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as social-editorial, creative, production, and brand marketingIdentify revenue-driving opportunities across digital, social, and experiential platformsDevelop marketing partnerships with talent and digital personalitiesEnsure operational efficiency while maintaining a creative visionCultivate industry relationships with media partners and talent agentsIdeal Candidate:
12+ years of experience in cross-platform digital marketingStrong track record in branded content development and influencer marketingData-driven with the ability to measure campaign successExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficient in modern marketing toolsPrior experience managing marketing teamsBenefits:
