You will apply your years of commercial contracting experience to the development of advanced AI; you will work directly with customers and prospects; you will contribute to product strategy; and you will partner with our AI, sales, and marketing teams. Lead a team of lawyers in the creation of legal content that powers our AI – including creating contract review playbooks, model language, practical guidance, and contract templatesRepresent your team’s work in conversation with our customers and prospects: in-house legal teams and law firmsShare the product strategy for our internal technology, ensuring your team has the tools to excel and innovateOversee our in-house commercial contracting (we are also a user of our own technology), and contribute to our product strategy based on your experience and customer knowledgeWork in partnership with our AI, sales, and marketing teamsQualifications
8+ years experience in commercial contracting in an in-house context, working with a range of common contractsSystems and project thinker who thrives in successfully planning, executing, and managing detailed and complex workDemonstrated experience hiring and managing high-performing teamsDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly and directly with customers and internal stakeholdersCustomer-focused and driven to set a high standard and continuously improveYou have a bias for actionRelentlessly resourceful – able to get things done despite constraints, roadblocks, and setbacksPreferredLocation in the San Francisco Bay AreaTechnical experience or experience working with technical/AI teamsWhat We Offer
