By leveraging data, we gain insights into our clients' audiences, develop resonating strategies, and implement technology solutions that activate authentic customer connections.The Role: Vice President of Technology As the VP of Technology, you will play a key role in delivering impactful MarTech solutions. Collaborating with clients, you'll identify their business challenges and recommend customized technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include presenting these solutions to clients and stakeholders and working closely with our engineering team to ensure successful implementation.Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their marketing needs and functional requirements.Solution Proposals:

Develop and propose marketing and technical solutions, ensuring alignment for successful delivery.MarTech Analysis:

Evaluate clients' existing MarTech architectures, pinpoint gaps, and create strategic roadmaps to address them.Campaign Strategies:

Recommend cross-channel campaign journeys, user interfaces, and touchpoints to enhance clients' marketing activities.Data Integration:

Analyze marketing data and recommend integration into campaign and analytics management systems.Automation:

Suggest automated campaign decisioning using data analytics, AI, and ML workflows.Tool Customization:

Lead configuration and customization efforts for marketing tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaigns.Non-Functional Requirements:

Ensure technical solutions consider and implement non-functional requirements.Team Collaboration:

Support Product Managers and Business Analysts in defining technical scope and planning for successful implementation.Project Execution:

Partner with Engineering Leads to ensure project execution and implementation.Team Management:

Supervise work assignments for team members and offer career management support.What We’re Looking For

12+ years in IT, with 5+ years in marketing technology, particularly precision marketing.Experience with marketing automation solutions like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaigns.Proficiency in technical/functional design and solutions architecture.Expertise in multi-channel marketing campaigns and data-driven decision-making workflows.Skilled in designing UI applications (web and mobile) and managing CMS/DAM solutions for creative automation.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Proficiency in data analytics and applying insights to campaign performance.Strong client-facing, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.Collaborative, solutions-oriented, detail-oriented, with project management skills.Proactive, self-driven individual capable of team management.Our Hybrid Work Model We offer a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to work from home up to two days a week while maintaining valuable in-person connections and collaboration.Compensation and Benefits We provide a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), stock options, flexible spending accounts, vacation, sick and personal days, paid parental leave, and disability benefits.
