As a designer, you will partner closely with product managers and other designers. You will represent & advocate for customers & associates by providing experience design strategy in a defined space and staying involved in the end-to-end process of execution.Qualifications (Non-Negotiables)Hands-on service design experience in a multi-product ecosystem is a MUST.Have work samples for journey mapping & service blueprinting – real work experienceCan-do attitude/Growth mindset: up for challengesKey ResponsibilitiesImproving digital healthcare experience for customers & associatesCreating Omni-Channel Customer JourneysPresenting & storytelling to get cross-functional engagement & buy-inPrioritizing problems and opportunities with stakeholders to make things happenDesign, present, and deliver the service blueprintDiscover, visualize, and communicate existing services via research, prototype, journey map, and service blueprint
