2 to 5 years of experience designing and shipping software productsExperience translating insights and conversations with customers into design decisionsStrong design portfolio demonstrating complex, interactive designsExperience supporting end to end product development, from problem definition to scaling product adoption post launchAbility to clearly articulate your reasoning behind design decisionsExperience working closely with engineers, including communication, understanding platform limitations, and asset productionProficient in FigmaNice to have:
Degree in design, engineering or related fieldExperience in designing analytics dashboards for B2B platforms is highly desirableExperience working with distributed teams in multiple timezonesWhat you'll be doing:
Designing new products and workflows within our software platform. You will have a large role in some of our analytics products.Bring new ideas to life from sketching and wireframes, through to high-fidelity prototypes, final designs, and asset productionIterate on existing designs to consistently improve the user experiences and designWork closely with product and engineering to formulate hypotheses, validate ideas and iterateCollaborate with product managers and software engineers to find simpler ways to meet the needs of our users and businessLead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launchesBuild cohesive, cross-platform design patterns that communicate our brandWhat does Tive offer?
