Job SummaryDescription

This role owns the investment authorization process for Digital and Information Technology, including the application used to facilitate the authorization process, which is in the midst of being replaced with a new tool that is part of the nxtgenERP suite of solutions. This replacement project will require the person in this role to redesign the process as appropriate and provide change management for the key stakeholders of the process. This role also works with the Corporate Authorizations group to ensure we follow company expectations for authority limitations and delegation of authority for investment authorizations. This role will also establish and own the Global IT Calendar.

Your responsibilities may include:

Own Digital and Information Technology's investment authorization processOversee distribution of investment funding, including block funding, invest base and special project funding for Digital and Information TechnologyWork with budget coordinators across organization to execute investment authorization processEnsure organization has appropriate justification, documentation and approvals and is following company ALM (Authority Limitations) and DOA (Delegation of Authority)Provide application ownership of existing investment authorization applicationReplace current investment authorization application with a nxtgenERP-aligned solutionBuild out and establish processes for Global IT CalendarBasic/Required:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employerIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and WordPreferred:
