Job SummaryDescription
This role owns the investment authorization process for Digital and Information Technology, including the application used to facilitate the authorization process, which is in the midst of being replaced with a new tool that is part of the nxtgenERP suite of solutions. This replacement project will require the person in this role to redesign the process as appropriate and provide change management for the key stakeholders of the process. This role also works with the Corporate Authorizations group to ensure we follow company expectations for authority limitations and delegation of authority for investment authorizations. This role will also establish and own the Global IT Calendar.

Own Digital and Information Technology's investment authorization processOversee distribution of investment funding, including block funding, invest base and special project funding for Digital and Information TechnologyWork with budget coordinators across organization to execute investment authorization processEnsure organization has appropriate justification, documentation and approvals and is following company ALM (Authority Limitations) and DOA (Delegation of Authority)Provide application ownership of existing investment authorization applicationReplace current investment authorization application with a nxtgenERP-aligned solutionBuild out and establish processes for Global IT CalendarBasic/Required:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employerIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and WordPreferred:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, related field, or foreign equivalent1 or more years of experience in a project controls or authorizations roleDemonstrated attention to detailAbility to understand how discreet concepts fit into bigger pictureAbility to recognize opportunities and initiate own work based on goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to influence and respectfully challenge othersConfident in engaging across all levels of the organization and presenting to ITLT and CDIOUnderstand key financial and quantitative indicators impact the businessBuild positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goalsDrive thoughtful and pragmatic change, inspires innovative thinking and continuous improvement, and models adaptability through resourcefulness, flexibility, and positivity
