Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator - E-Mail and SocialASHRAE, a global nonprofit technical association, has an immediate fulltime opening for a Marketing Coordinator - E-Mail and Social. This hybrid position is available immediately in our LEED Platinum certified headquarters building located in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.This position has the opportunity to make impact in the email and social communications. Responsible for creating, scheduling, and sending Marketing emails for the organization through the Society's email service provider amounting to approximately ten emails per week. The volume of emails sent varies based on needs of the organization. The position also maintains ASHRAE's social media presences including ASHRAE's social media calendar and works with staff to create content, post, and report on performance across the official Society channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, and YouTube) with a combined following of over 240,000. The position creates, executes, and tracks email campaigns as well as paid social promotions, ads, and content. Also creates surveys for the organization.The successful candidate will have:A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Three to five years of relevant professional work experience required.Proven professional experience leveraging social media content and email marketing / database experience.Positive can-do attitude, attention to detail and ability to manage calendars for timely execution of campaigns.Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task and work with a variety of departments required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Technology-forward; relevant experience with programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud, content management systems, customer/association management systems, email service providers, databases, analytics & reporting software.Attention to detail, follow-through, and an ability to prioritize projects and changing priorities.Excellent communication skills.In return for your skills, ASHRAE provides a flexible hybrid work schedule, competitive salaries, and fantastic company paid benefits including paid holidays, sick time, & vacation.
