Associate Creative Director
with a background in Art Direction. This should be someone who has a deep understanding of the AAPI market. Additionally, this person needs to be a strong conceptual thinker who is able to articulate their ideas well. Comedy in their portfolio is a must. Ideally, this person is a pretty good writer in their own right. Someone who has shown the ability to lead projects on their own.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and manage projects from concept to deliveryIdeate and concept multiple projectsIncluding campaigns for social media, digital, experiential and TV/OLVResponsible for the visual style, aesthetic and images used across different campaigns and platformsSupport the team with agency presentations with deck building and designingHelp lead campaigns from development to deliveryAbility to develop and write scripts is a big plusPresent work to clients for approvalEnsure client's feedback is applied to revisionsManage and mentor junior members of the creative departmentMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:6-8 years of professional work experience as an Art Director in an agency or client setting.Knowledge of AAPI and Gen Z strongly preferredMust be willing and able to travel (up to 20%)Innovative and boundary-pushing conceptual skillsA clear and in-depth understanding of social media trends and best practicesProficiency in using AI and other innovative tools for work processes and ideation.Strong attention to detail.Great people-person.Ability to prioritize and multitask.Ability to tell stories with data in a simple and visually impactful way.Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, sound judgment, and a positive attitude.Computer knowledge required (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite-PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).COMPANY CULTURE:Connectors : IW Group is a company founded with community at our core. Managers set their own in-office schedule, but team members are requested to work in-office at least twice per week.While performing the responsibilities of this role, the employee will spend most of the time working indoors, in the IW Group office, client office or other identified location.This role may require extended work hours (including nights and weekends) to complete certain projects, with or without advance notice.This role may require work outside of the office (e.g., client events) or travel outside of the local work area (e.g., client locations).PHYSICAL DEMANDS:While performing the responsibilities of this role, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
