Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential clients and retain existing ones. You will work with the VP of Marketing to lead a team of creative and analytical professionals to drive brand awareness, enhance product positioning, and achieve sales growth targets for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop Marketing Strategies:

Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.Campaign Management:

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Brand Management:

Manage and enhance the company's brand image and positioning in the market.Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and customer needs.Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to include partner advertising agencies.Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to monitor and measure the performance of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.Event Management:

Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and community outreach activities. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, community relations, and other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.Requirements:Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and team management.Experience in the housing/homebuilding industry is a plus.Strong understanding of current marketing trends and digital platforms.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Certification in Marketing (e.g., AMA) is a plus.Qualifications:Excellent communication and customer service skillsEnergetic and enthusiasticProfessional appearance and attitudeAbility to lift 25 poundsExceptional work ethic and leadershipAble to multitask and high-level organizational skillsEvent planning or hospitality background a plusMicrosoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and Outlook requiredThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
