This role involves collaborating with property-level marketing teams, leveraging data-driven insights, and implementing innovative digital campaigns to increase online visibility, direct bookings, and overall brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing within the hospitality industry, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of driving measurable results.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support the brand and individual hotel properties.

Collaborate with property-level marketing teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and independent brand standards.

Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.

Analyze performance data and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

Stay current with digital marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the digital landscape.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners, including digital agencies, technology providers, and media outlets.

Provide training, guidance, and support to property-level marketing teams to enhance their digital marketing capabilities.

Create and implement strategies to increase direct bookings through the company’s websites and reduce dependency on third-party booking platforms.

Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging and voice across all digital channels.

Build and optimize landing pages to support promotions and offers, ensuring they are aligned with marketing campaigns and designed to maximize conversions.

Support restaurants, on-property activations, spas, and other initiatives through targeted digital campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum impact.

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Ability to travel as needed to support independent hotel properties.
