While producing a high-quality product is essential, this manufacturing company values a people-centered environment.The Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports various departments and acts as the initial contact for visitors and inquiries. This role provides essential administrative support to the management team and assists the sales and marketing team in business development and client relations and requires a high standard of excellence. The coordinator handles clerical tasks for executives and managers, dealing with sensitive information.Starting Pay: $20 to $22, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.Essential Functions and Duties:Maintain all front desk administrative duties, greeting visitors and answering main phone line, sort inbound and outbound mail, clean and organized front office, ensure files remain organized and current, maintain employee directory, order/maintain office supplies and provide admin supportManaging all sales inquiries, leads and project setup and maintenanceManage all bid sites, review new bids and update opportunities as new bid material comes in, including addendums, planning revisions and requotesManage promotion material and assists in executing marketing strategies and objectivesSchedule meetings and make travel arrangements for Board of Director(s), executives and team members. Assist with travel planning for staff, trade show coordination, visitor accommodationsAssist HR in preparing benefits materials, benefits packets, job applications, etc.Qualifications:Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least two years’ related work experienceComputer skills, MS 365 Suites and ability to learn new programs and softwareMust have a valid driver’s licenseAbility to lift/push/carry less than 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 poundsGet in touch!
