Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, planning and coordinating the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to meet organizational goals. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling email, SMS, and social media campaigns (both organic and paid). Additionally, you will maintain and enhance our Shopify website, collaborate on the production of our mail order catalog and create print ads for magazines and newspapers. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and analytical marketing professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaigns:

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to engage and retain customers.

• Create and manage the email marketing calendar.

• Write, design, and send regular newsletters and promotional emails.

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.

SMS Campaigns:

• Plan and implement SMS marketing campaigns.

• Craft compelling messages that drive engagement and conversions.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies.

Social Media Campaigns:

• Plan, create, and schedule organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).

• Develop engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.

• Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Shopify Website Maintenance:

• Manage and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions and images.

• Add and configure marketing apps to enhance website functionality and user experience.

• Optimize the website for SEO to improve organic search rankings.

• Monitor website analytics and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience and sales.

Catalog, Print Ads and Signage:

• Collaborate with consultant, designer, and photographer to develop and produce the seasonal mail order catalogs.

• Develop new gift products and packaging ideas in line with seasonal themes.

• Proof copy and color.

• Design and create print ads for magazines and newspapers.

• Develop signage for retail stores to promote our products.

• Coordinate with printers and distribution partners to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the CPG industry.

Experience in website management; Shopify Plus strongly preferred.

Experience in email marketing (e.g., Attentive, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, etc.).

Experience in SMS marketing.

Strong understanding of Meta, LinkedIn and other social platforms.

Excellent writing and editing skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Microsoft Office proficient, including Excel and Word.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
