Status: Full-Time / Freelance to Full-TimeHybrid: onsite 3 days/week (2 days wfh)AV Squad is a creative advertising agency specializing in entertainment marketing. Check your ego at the door and come ready to compete and help the team win.The Production Artist will work on multiple projects within the theatrical, broadcast, streaming and digital/social spaces.Required Skills and Experience- 3+ years of experience as a Print Production Artist in an entertainment marketing environment- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)- Working knowledge of Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote to create decks for clients- Able to handle a fast-paced environment under pressure and multitasking between concurrent projects- Ability to adapt to the team's workflow for cohesiveness- Must be able to clearly communicate with team members via teams/outlook- Able to retain specific details and branding pertaining to each project/client- Able to pivot and reprioritize tasks as they occur in a timely manner- Amazing attention to detail and organization skills- Working with and creating different types of files (jpeg, png, tif)- Good understanding of art/type design manipulation- Ability to create and manipulate vector logos and type- Masking imagesPreferred Skills and Experience- Experience in building final print mechanicals- Comprehension of production from processing deliverable information (including media plans & spec sheets), template building, to creating/adapting finished assets for delivery- Preparing and measuring billing blocks
