Position Overview

The Role

Pure Storage is searching for an energetic and seasoned Marketing Manager to drive Enterprise revenue in the Central Region. You will be responsible for developing integrated marketing and Account Based Marketing campaigns aligned to the sales priorities of the Enterprise business. Pure operates in a fast-paced environment with aggressive growth targets, so the ideal candidate will have a strong drive for results and be able to deliver both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Partner with Enterprise sales leadership to develop a deep understanding of their business and determine what mix of Account Based Marketing (ABM) and traditional 1:many marketing campaigns are needed to help them exceed their sales goals.Create a regional marketing plan that enables the sales teams to develop relationships with key customers, driving high quality pipeline and executive engagement.Work closely with the Account teams to establish clear goals for ABM accounts and deliver highly targeted multi-channel campaigns to engage key decision-makers and influencers.Partner with other marketing functions to leverage and adopt campaigns that are appropriate for the enterprise customer and share key insights and best practices that may benefit them.Plan and execute executive engagement activities, both in-house and 3rd Party.Deliver regular, proactive communication with sales and marketing leaders, sharing pipeline results, trends and insights.Continually evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns against Enterprise business goals and make adjustments to plans as needed.Manage enterprise marketing and hospitality budgets with excellence, ensuring spend is driving optimal impact and ROI.Qualifications

What You'll Bring

5+ years marketing experience in B2B technology products or services strongly preferred. Ideally, 3+ years specifically supporting a territory, or accounts in a field marketing/ABM capacityProven track record being a strategic partner to sales leadership and developing high trust relationships between sales and marketingExtensive knowledge and experience delivering demand generation programs and exceeding pipeline goals in the Enterprise spaceStrategic thinking, business acumen and creativity; excellence in budget managementAbility to represent the enterprise business to all levels of sales and marketing leadership with proactive, data-driven communication; experience delivering C-level events & experiencesTeam player with who is highly collaborative with other marketing and sales functions - at Pure, we succeed and win togetherEnergy, passion and ambition; a get-it done mentality and ability to thrive in a high-growth environmentAbility to travel up to 20-30%, based on current guidelines and restrictions

Pay Range

USD $130,000.00 - USD $195,000.00 /Yr.

Pay Transparency Statement

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
