Job Summary:At a high level, the Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring that there is a solid link between Sales/Marketing and Product Management with the interest of winning in the market across our go to market channel. This role will own the understanding as well as the execution of programs through our channel partners. This role will also enhance the information flow from the Product Manager and Marketing Functions out to the Sales and Distribution teams. This individual should have the ability to effectively communicate to and influence executives and project manage cross-department resources.

Essential Functions:

Team up with the Segment Marketer to build the plan and execute digital campaigns, including choosing media platforms and adapting campaigns to suit the channel.Developing and implementing sales strategies for various distribution channels. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and create plans to maximize product or service sales through the channels.Collaborate with partners such as retailers and wholesalers, to foster strong relationships and develop new partnerships. Provide support and training to partners.Handle all marketing campaign communications and ensure effective communication between the company and its distribution partners.Analyze the channel performance and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. You will use key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales metrics, market share and the effectiveness of distribution strategies.Meet with senior staff and clients to offer marketing advice and guidance on research, advertising and an understanding of how different distribution channels work.Support the Product team in the execution of the different product launches by developing all the customer presentations.Be the leader of developing the strategy with the Sales team and Product team for the several Product Line Review (PLR).Be the reference for our Product Team for competitive intelligence in each channel.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Skilled at creating effective marketing strategies, thereby contributing to the overall success of the distribution channel.Understand Brand advocacy and be able to bring our Broan brand to life across the channels we distribute through.Capability to articulate marketing strategies, convey product updates and negotiate partnerships seamlessly.Ability to offer solutions, retain information and apply details to future situations.Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and core values.Analytical skills to assess the performance of the distribution channel using key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis. This includes evaluating sales metrics, market trends and partner performance.Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.5+ years’ experience in a similar role is required. With experience in developing commercialization, marketing & channel strategies.Proven track record of success and achievement associated with results oriented, growth opportunities within a channel and plans required.Cross-functional project management experience required.Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and Power Point.The possibility to work from home or office.Bilingual (English – French) is preferred but not required.Travel Requirements:

Ability to travel approximately 30%, including overnight and international (Canada) travel.
