The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of current marketing trends and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.Partner internally on branding, advertising, and promotional activities.Manage the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from awareness through to conversion and retention.Develop and optimize customer touchpoints across all marketing channels.Manage the commercialization calendar, ensuring all marketing activities align with product launches, seasonal promotions, and corporate events.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launch plans, including positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies.Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales tools and collateral.Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep the company ahead in its marketing efforts.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferredProven track record of successful marketing campaignsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingExcellent leadership and communication skillsExperience in managing customer journeys or customer lifecycle managementTrack record of managing commercialization calendars or product launch timelinesExperienced in human-centered design principlesAbility to guide content creation in multiple channel business environments (video, podcast, blog, white paper, etc.)Experience with different content delivery channels (website, email, webinar, social, etc.)Track record with Digital Marketing, Social, Website analytics - understand to optimize plansResourceful and empathetic problem-solver with good interpersonal communication skillsAbility to think both creatively and analyticallyDetail-oriented, meticulous, and excellent organization skillsEnjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural organization
