The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our lead generation efforts by utilizing the Dodge Construction Project Library, identifying potential projects that align with our products, and sending qualified leads to our sales team. Principal duties
Lead Generation:
Research and identify construction projects within the Dodge Construction Project Library that are relevant to our products.
Collect and organize detailed information on identified projects, including project scope, stages, budget, and key contacts.
Lead Management:
Accurately input and maintain project and contact information in our CRM system.
Qualify leads by assessing compatibility with our product offerings and company goals.
Forward high-quality leads to the sales team for further action.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies and objectives.
Communicate effectively with team members to share insights and provide updates on lead generation activities.
Administrative Support:
Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials as needed.
Perform other administrative duties related to sales and marketing support
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
Valid driver's license is required
Prior marketing experience helpful but not required
High computer proficiency
