Supports the development of trend groups and assists in implementing and creating technical packages.

The position reports to Design, Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Completes silhouette sketching (tops, sweaters, bottoms, jackets, dresses, intimates) and detailed technical sketches.Coordinates layout artwork pages.Creates, organizes and updates reference libraries (fabrics, tech packs, development samples).Assists Designers and Design Director in daily design processes.Organize visual boardsCreate line sheetsDesign Room maintenance (organize samples, presentation room, etc.)WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Completes cads and detailed technical sketches. Create color cads based on show back and artwork alignment with management and merchant.Create and maintain carry over Centric TPs for graphic bodies (knits owns NEW development and TP handover of those new styles.) May be asked to represent graphic team in handover if manager is unavailable.Create and maintain linesheet files, distribution and Miro assortment boards in a timely manner.Follow-up emails and execute Centric and linesheet updates.Respond to scale and placement approval emails and elevate to manager if unclear of style approvability.May be asked to represent graphic team when needed in fits if manager is unavailable. However, knits own development and expected to lead fit decisions.Research graphic and license trends through shopping, internet, magazines, vendor guides, etc.Creates, organizes and updates reference libraries (fabrics, tech packs, development samples, MIRO license archives, etc.).Assists Lead in daily design processes. (E.g. MIRO store view updates, vendor email follow-ups, misc. projects, etc.)WHAT YOU'LL GET:
